REVUE NOIRE

Founded in 1990 by Jean Loup Pivin, Simon Njami and Pascal Martin Saint Leon, publishers REVUE NOIRE endeavour to investigate and discover contemporary art from the African continent through books, art exhibitions and film production.

In addition to their standard publications (monographs, essays and anthologies), they also publish rare works, limited editions and small-run portfolios.

REVUE NOIRE has also opened its own gallery, showing emerging artists from a variety of disciplines including fine arts, photography, literature, sound, and video.
