CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY PRINTMAKING The entire spectrum of fine printmaking can be explored at CCP through workshops, exhibitions, an artist-in-residency program, and collaborations with master printers. CIRRUS GALLERY & CIRRUS EDITIONS LTD. Cirrus began publishing in 1970 with two overriding concerns. The first was to increase visibility of artists from Southern California through publishing and gallery exhibitions. The second concern was that in addition to working with established artists, Cirrus would work to support younger artists from the area by opening up new channels in the print and gallery world and by exhibiting in international art fairs such as Art Basel.
